This is an very good small company that is attentive to homeowner needs and preferences. The owner was the only person that worked on our small job and he did very good work. On a larger job he has told me that he hires some dependable workers but he is on site. He was clear from the beginning about charging extra to install grab bars. When we noticed a small variation on the edge of one tile compared to the others on a corner it was several days after paying him. Nevertheless, he was willing to come back and replace that tile with another at no extra cost. While he was there he was willing to put in one more grab bar that we had found we needed and to repair some grout in the kitchen, both at minimal extra cost. In general, he was pleasant to have around and not intrusive in our lives. He completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the dust from cut tiles, etc. without having to be asked.
