there is any concern or when student wishes to withdrawal from his/her enrolled courseUnfortunately, in this case, we were not aware of the student’s request to withdrawal from the course until receiving your email noticeAccording to our policy, a student will be provided a copy of the enrollment agreement after all required documentations (Identification, Social Security, High school or College diploma) are submitted and both the student and our school have signed the agreement to make sure all information are correctIn regards to cancelling or withdrawing from the course, student must notify school by providing a written request either in person or by mailSchool will issue refund and finalize the request within days after receiving the student’s request to withdrawalSchool will refund any money that student paid, minus Registration fee $75.00, minus any school books and supplies purchased and issued to studentIn this case, student has returned items purchased that were issued to herShe also did a voluntary charge back in the amount of $before school process the withdrawal requestAfter reading this response, if this student still wants to withdrawal from course, school will be happy to assist herShe will need to submit a written request to cancel course in person or by mailOur school will process and finalize the withdrawal requestSchool will not dispute the $charge backWe really value the school and student relationshipIf you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our schoolRegards, *** ** School Director
