Review: I had ordered a replacement battery cover for my camera from this company's website. I received a confirmation email for the purchase and the payment was processed on my paypal account. This was on February 28 of this year and it is now April 3 and I have yet to receive the part. I sent them an email requesting info on the part's shipment but they failed to respond.Desired Settlement: They should send me the part I payed for!

Review: I ordered a Nikon Speedlight SB-28DX Hot Shoe Foot from them on Oct. 18. My card was charged and I was sent a receipt, but the item has not been delivered and they have not responded to numerous emails. Their phone message "inbox" states that it is full.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my money. $8.95 I also want their site shut down, as I see there are numerous complaints about them not delivering. Sadly, I looked this information up after I ordered.

Review: I placed an order for a Canon Powershot A710 IS LCE Screen Repair Part on Wednesday, 8/12/2015. This was order number 9875 as acknowledged by San Diego Camera Solution via e-mail. Nothing has happened. The order is still in their system sited as "Process", but beyond that I have seen no progress to ship the part. I have attempted to call the organization several times throughout the past month and a half, Phone 858-[redacted], but the response is the same: mail box filled, call back later. I also e-mailed them twice requesting a disposition on the order with no responses. They did process payment for the part, including shipping in the amount of $70. I'm looking for the part to be shipped.Desired Settlement: I believe the Business has a responsibility to Deliver the order as they accepted it and took the payment for it. I also believe that they should be responding to phone calls and/or e-mails in reference to customer enquiries concerning pending orders.

Review: On 30 June 2013, I ordered a camera battery door cover over the internet online for my A640 Cannon Powershot from San Diego Camera Solutions. I paid for camera battery door using my VISA card. With tax the battery door was $23.95. On 1 July 2013, the amount for the camera battery door was deducted from my VISA account. On the email I got back after I placed my order, the company said my order would be shipped in 2 business days. On 15 July 2013 by email, I requested the status on my order because I had not received any information about my order shipment. On 17 July 2013, I call San Diego Camera Solution and got a message saying their message mailbox was full. As of today, I have not heard anything from San Diego Camera Solution. My San Diego Camera Solution Order No is 9443.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $23.95.

Review: On August 8, 2015, I ordered via internet a replacement battery door for a [redacted] camera. I received a confirmation of my order, number [redacted]. My bank account was charged $8.50 on 8/11.

I sent emails requesting a shipping date on 8/20, 8/26, and 9/8. I tried twice to call the phone number listed, but the recording states mailbox is full, so I assume the phone is a cell phone. I have not received a response from the company.

I sent an email to the California Attorney General's office and received a reply from them on September 23rd.

I would encourage others with similar issues to contact the California Attorney General's office.

This is a miniscule amount, but it is certainly a shoddy business practice.Desired Settlement: Order canceled and immediate refund of $8.50

I ordered a battery door for my Canon t70, and never got it. I have tried to contact the seller numerous times and filed a complaint with paypal. I should have checked other reviews about this vendor before I purchased this. I would never recommend this vendor to anyone but an enemy. Do not purchase from this vendor!!

Review: I ordered a replacement Canon EOS 5D battery door. The order was payed for with PayPal and payment dated March 10th. Almost 3 months later I have still not received my order and my emails are not being responded to. Because I expected international shipped to take a long time, I waited too long with filing a PayPal claim and now can no longer do so.Desired Settlement: I would like my $19.50 back so I can look for a battery door elsewhere. An apology would be nice, but that's probably too much to ask.

Review: Ordered an o-ring for a Cannon camera housing on eBay. Did not receive any confirmation and have attempted to communicate with the seller. Was informed by seller on 25 April that the item had shipped, but it has not been received and not tracking information has been provided.It has been over a week - plenty of time for USPS delivery of an item from seller location. Review: My daughter ordered a replacement camera battery door from SD camera solutions on 6-24-13. We have never received it. I have spoken with the owner, [redacted], twice. Each time she promised that the order would be sent out the next day. Still have not received it, but she has taken the money for it.Desired Settlement: I believe she needs to send us the product or refund us the money.

Review: I ordered (#[redacted]) a Kodak Easyshare DX4900 battery door for my camera. My order was placed on Monday, October 13, 2014. My credit card was charged on October 14, 2014. I waited three and a half weeks and did not receive anything. I called and got an answering machine and left my message asking about my order. One more week had passed and I have not received any parts, or a reply. Ive sent them several emails requesting info on the part's shipment but they failed to respond. Review: I ordered a camera part on 10/11/15 and received a confirmation email stating that my order would be processed in 1-2 business days. On 10/24/15, I sent an email to the business requesting the status of my order, as I had still not received it. I got no response, so I began trying to call the business. I called several times over the course of a week and no one ever answered. I was unable to leave a voicemail, because the mailbox was always full. I sent a second email on 11/02/15, as my order has STILL not been received. Again, no response. I have verified with my bank that the payment for my order was made on 10/13/15.Desired Settlement: I want the camera part that I ordered and paid for.
