when we cause damage to a car, we always fix it.
In this case the damage was so severe that [redacted] was 100%
confident there is nothing in our process that can or will cause this. He
offered to show you the actual buffing process and that you could put
your hand under the buffer pad that’s how gentle the process is however you
declined. There were many damaged areas on the hood, and many of the chips were
about the size of a dime and had already rusted. This is proof that the damage
had been there for quite sometime rust does not appear after an hour.
It was also explained to you that the damaged paint would not
have gotten worse during our wax process again he offered a demonstration, but
you declined.
In closing, there is zero chance we caused this, it would be
impossible for us to re-create the damage. The evidence of rust in the dime
sized holes all over the hood further show our innocence. We would be willing to refund your detail for $129.99. Please send the appropriate address where payment can be sent however we are not willing to repaint the vehicle.
