To Whom it may concern:Our fountain Valley office we had sublet from our friend [redacted] who had a company called trim fast weight loss. We had a sign up in the window that said San Diego Cardiac with our company name and logo. Their was recently a flood in that office suite which forced us out and... to not occupy the facilities any longer. We have classes posted at many times, days & locations which we are in the process of taken down from the American Heart Association website but due to the common technical errors with that site it takes a ridiculous amount of time to take these classes down. We have teams of people working diligently on this. We post over 300 classes a day 7 days a weeks. On our website it states very clearly that we have a 2-3 person minimum per class and if we don't achieve that with students who have paid and spoken with one of our team members then we won't unfortunately have a class. After you reserve a class on the AHA website the student gets an email that he/she has just reserved a spot in the class and to finish he /shes enrollment that they must contact their training site/center . If people don't follow directions and show up at our locations and nobody is their it isn't our fault. We also have a Huntington Beach Bungalow classroom at a High school that we would utilize because one of our instructors fathers is a teacher there and let us hold classes at that facility. That instructor is currently not onboard with our company anymore so we have taken that location down from our website and also the Fountain Valley one due to the Flood. Our Irvine location happens to be a virtual office that if we get 3 students signed up for a particular class then we could rent out a room there at that virtual office suite. We never did get enough students signed up there so that is why we haven't had a class there at that particular location. We have just acquired a new Irvine Office and we are no Longer using that Irvine Virtual office and it is off our our website. If you call our 1-844- [redacted] phone number and one of our team members is currently busy assisting other clients at that time then at the end of our away message it says to contact [redacted] for immediate attention @ 1-858- [redacted] . I am very readily available and very accommodating. I even communicate with students on my day off to assist with their needs. I even accept people text messages also if I can't speak to them at the moment.I am not difficult to get in touch with and if we don't speak to the client and send him/her an email confirmation and put them into our master calendar then unfortunetly they aren't in any class. They can just show up at a location and not follow directions and nobody is probably going to be their to accommodate them. I can't control what people do all I can do is control myself and my company.Last but not least we also have a 48 hour cancelation policy on our website so If a student dosn't contact us before 48 hours then we give them the opportunity to reschedule for no extra charge but if they want to get refunded then we can't unfortunately do that.Thank you for your time.
