San Diego Chargers Reviews (1)

Review: because I recently attended the Chargers versus 49ers. It was one of my My lifelong dream of attending a pro football game. I'm in a wheelchair because I was rear-ended by a 70-year-old man when I was 25 years old. I died at the scene but luckily I was revived but I'm paralyzed for life. I have been in a wheelchair for 10 years.

Needless to say, the Chargers ruined my experience due to their staff's complete lack of knowledge of accessible and wheelchair seating. I spent over an hour just trying to get to my seat because nobody knew how to get there. We asked no less than 20 staff people. I want to say this again, the Chargers ruined my experience of seeing a football game for the first time.

The Chargers are a billion-dollar industry so there is absolutely no excuse for this incompetence. The same thing happened on the way out. We went up and down your wheelchair elevators and all over the stadium because the Chargers staff simply does not know about wheelchair seating. We finally found to redshirts who were veteran staff members who knew what they were doing. Although the Chargers staff is friendly, it is your responsibility to make sure they know what they're doing.

I would also like to say that the six dollars lemonade, the six dollar pretzel, the seven dollars slice of pizza were horrible tasting. I wanted to throw up, and frankly after eating your food I almost did. For those prices, the food should've tasted perfect which you didn't. Again, the Chargers a billion-dollar organization and serve stale, nasty food at insanely high prices?

We spent six hours coming from Riverside to enjoy your day and thanks to you it was completely ruined. Therefore, I think it only fair that you refund our ticket prices plus $20 for the awful food which we didn't even finish because it was horrible. I can't believe a billion-dollar company does not provide top-notch service. Being in a wheelchair and paralyzed is so difficult you will never know. The little joy I wished I could of experience at your football game was completely ruined and it's completely inexcusable.Desired Settlement: refund of $250
