Review: Hello, I am an active duty military member single mother with an son austitic [redacted] the Respise car center is over charging for hours $250.00 that my son was in [redacted] elementary school or [redacted] and not receiving Respise Care. The Respise Care personal [redacted] have not pyshically babysat my son since July 2013. The Maxim Heatlhcare agnecy is flasaifying documents to get extra hours which no service was rendered. Maxim Heatlhcare has not contacted me which my name is on the contract and keep harassing my 61 year old mother. I can provide documentation if required my son [redacted] was not at home during those hours and dates in question. I appreciate any assistance or updated information that pertains to matter above. I just wanted to write and tell you that our office has responded to this complaint. We actually were not aware of the complaint as the email associated with our account was not connected to our office. However, we responded to it internally in September when it was filed and the clients charges were dropped. We did a follow up call and email today to confirm that the complaint has been resolved.
