Review: I contracted them over the internet, they go under two bussinesses and have websites taking orders and accepting cash for the orders to deliver rented equipment for parties. I rented 51 folding chairs, 6 square long tables and one castle jumpy for the agreed price of 247.19 and none were delivered to the address. They did send me receipts via email and thanked me for the order. the phone numbers only take messages and no one responds to them. I also have sent multiple messages. I went to the bussiness address and they have a message about the bussiness closing and to call the police dept for question. The problem is they still have their website up and running, they are still taking orders and are declaring a good standing in the bussiness community. If they continue to run their websites, they will continue to hurt people trying to enjoy a party with friends. We had to borrow from friends and people coming to our babyshower.Desired Settlement: The Websites shut down so that do not continue to take money from people. if they are out of bussiness they should have declared so on their own and shut down complete. Not taking orders they cannot fill. I would like my money refunded entirely. We saved and planned to give our good friends a babyshower to not have the rental equipment needed.
Review: I reserved a Fire Truck party rental for my son's birthday party four months in advance. I paid for the fire truck rental in full before the party. During the party I received a phone call that they were so sorry, but they had to cancel due to the rain and they had no insurance to drive the fire truck in the rain. I was assured I would get a full refund for the fire truck. After a few weeks I received a partial refund for the fire truck, but they still owed me $78.00. I made multiple calls and spoke with the owner [redacted] who assured me that he would look into having it credited toward my card or mail me a check. After not receiving the check or credit I have called back numerous times and left messages and emailed, with no response. Now no one even answers the phone at this business. This was their cancellation and they assumed responsibility and now are trying to rip me their customer off. This is a terrible and unethical way to do business.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount owed to me $78.00 to be paid in full.
