Mr*** placed an order on our (sister companies website; www.HardwareSource.com) and he entered his ship to address wrongThis order was shipped via USPS Priority Mail and the USPS website automatically corrected the address to what it thought was the correct addressApparently the
corrected address was wrong tooAnyway, we recieved the merchandise back a couple of days ago and refunded the merchandise amount to his cardHe didn't think that was good enough and wants us to refund the $USPS charge, which we have since done. Thank You,

This customer placed an order from our website Hardwaresource.com for a piano hinge and screwsFor some reason the customer ordered the wrong size screwsCustomer gave us a bad review on Trustpilot.com and this is our response:You ordered a piano hinge our SKU Some manufacturers include
screws with their product and some do not and we are careful to note on
the web page if screws are not includedOn the page where you ordered
SKU 596162, on the same line where you input your order quantity it
says that this hinge uses #screwsFor some reason you ordered #
screws which are smaller screwsWe urge our customers to carefully read
the information on the page when they place their ordersHinges are
fairly technical items and we don't want our customers to be
disappointed

In response I would state that I was never informed that the merchandise was returned or that they were issuing credit., therefore I was never able to advise I was unhappy with not refunding the shipping as stated. I am glad that they are doing the right thing but unhappy that it took effort on my part to get them to do the right thing. Obviously they do not understand customer service in today's world. I will wait for the business to perform as promised and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
