The technician that originally made the estimate unfortunately missed items that had to be ordered once the vehicle was being worked on which had to be ordered while the vehicle was being repaired causing time delays in completionThe technician in question is no longer with the company and the vehicle was assigned to our led technician there after to repair the vehicle as soon as possibleThe customer came in to pick up vehicle and there was a windscreen that was ordered originally by customer that was later cancelled but still installed by mistakeI asked the customer if he was ok with the windshield and offered him to keep it at no additional charge to him for the confusion and customer acceptedAlso one accessory that did not make it on the vehicle was also ordered and will be shipped to customer as soon as it arrives at no additional charge to customer againI deeply sympathize with the customer and the inconvenience this brought him and offer a sincerest apology for the not satisfying his service experience with the shop

I'm not happy with the response because it's a straight lie.  The maintenance manager used several excuses for not completing the work in a timely manner and parts problems was one of them but the rest of the excuses (which I detailed in my original complaint) were just that, excuses. Why would I be satifised with poor performance; and not to mention, when I did finally pick it up, it wasn't complete as requested.

Review: On June 20th, I purchased a passenger seat and pegs. I was told that they were not in stock, and would arrive Thursday, June 25th and that the dealership would call me then. As of June 27th, I had not heard anything from the dealership, so I contacted them. I was informed at that time that the item was on back order and wouldn't ship from the factory until July 10th. I expressed to the parts representative that I was thinking about cancelling the order and trying to find these items in stock somewhere else. He told me that he would attempt to find it for me elsewhere, and that he would let me know. As of July 1st, I still had not heard from the dealership regarding the seat or pegs. At that point, I called them to cancel the order. It took 4 phone calls to get confirmation that the order was cancelled. I requested that a receipt to be emailed to me to confirm that the order was cancelled, and that the funds had been refunded to my account. I received the confirmation email on July 3rd, 2 days later, and it shows an $84.60 restocking fee FOR AN ITEM THAT WASN'T IN STOCK to begin with, and was on backorder, so to my knowledge they never had in their possession at all.Desired Settlement: I desire a full refund.
