Review: On 3/12/15 I went to SD legal pros, Mr. [redacted]s office and payed him $1,300 (cashier's check)for chapter 7. Mr. [redacted] said he would e-mail my credit report so that I would know all the companies I owed but he did not nor returned my repeated calls to inform me of progress. He knows I do not qualify for bankruptcy and does not want to return my money.I pulled my credit and found that the chargeoffs had been removed from my credit and so did not have debtors but a $2,000 account and medical bills of $2,000. I have been asking Mr. [redacted] if I should not go through bankruptcy of if he will include student load of $3,000 and back taxes of $2,000 as our initial written application agreement.Mr. [redacted]s contract paragraph 3 sates he will inform his clients and paragraph 6 indicates that within 3 days he will send e-mail. Mr. [redacted] will not proccess my chapter 7 nor want's to return $1,300.Desired Settlement: I would like $1,300 refunded.
