We ordered a total of jacketsTwo were delivered on June 30, One was delivered on July 29, We are missing two more jackets. Of the that are still not delivered, our friend that ordered it is leaving for a month tour of duty near the Syrian borderHe is leaving in 2-weeks and he would really like to get his jacket before he leaves San DiegoHe has been calling Mr*** several times for the past few weeks but *** hasn't made any effort to get in touch with himThe one who ordered the 5th jacket is also wondering when he could get his jacketWe kept telling Mr*** that we would really like to get those jackets done ASAP since we all paid him on the first week of May.For the first jackets that he delivered, he should not say that we are satisfied with his jacketsPlease look at the picture of the sleeve that I providedThe white cloth of the R and C was not even cut to match the yellow and black letteringWe would really like for him to fix thatThe logo on the back looks nice, but it looks so small compared to the jacketBut we will just have this fixed some place elseAll we ask is for him to fix the R and C lettering on the right sleeve.So, in order for us to resolve this complaint, he should deliver our friend's jacket within 2-weeksIf he can't do this, then just give us back the moneyOur friends paid $per jacketSo, if he's not going to finish in 2-weeks, just give us back the $that was given to himHe should also fix the sleeves of our jacketHowever, we are not willing to leave it to himWe would just like to bring it to his office where his tailor will fix it on the spotI don't think it should take more than an hour to reshape the white background on the R and C lettering on the right sleeve

complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There was a 4+ month delay in delivering (delivered in Nov, got it in late April), basically my son almost graduated before he got his Football patch on his jacket.  There were over a dozen (DOZEN) times owner told me to come pickup jacket, I made time to go get it and there it sat, on the rack, untouched.  I had excuses ranging from: we moved, my seamstress didn't show today, my order got lost, my order didn't come in on time, my order is on it's way, etc etc.  Worst part, when I finally did go pickup my jacket I did not get a full refund, he gave me what he had in his wallet and asked me if that was okay, can he owe me.  I took everything he had and left.    He still owes me a patch, but I rather my son not have his ROTC patch on his sleeve than to go back to this business.
I want the Revdex.com to coordinate with the Military folks in our community (I being one of them) and have this place black listed.Regards,[redacted]

So, if he's not going to finish in 2-3 weeks, just give us back the $640.00 that was given to him. He should also fix the sleeves of our jacket. However, we are not willing to leave it to him. We would just like to bring it to his office where his tailor will fix it on the spot. I don't think it should take more than an hour to reshape the white background on the R and C lettering on the right sleeve.

Review: I put down a deposit with the understanding (in writing) that once the check was cleared I would receive my deposit back. I have called repeatedly with no response. Ive left messages and my calls have been ignored. I went to the business (with the understanding that he would be there) and waited for an hour and [redacted] never showed up. I wasn't the only one waiting for him. There was another family also waiting for an hour.Desired Settlement: I would like my money (deposit)refunded to me promptly in cash as I had to give him cash.

Review: San Diego Letter Jackets, have not given me my order. I ordered these lettermen jackets beginning of January 2015. I paid in full the sum of more than $2,000.00. From the date til now, September 28, 2015, I have not received not 1 jacket. I am in regular contact with the "owner" [redacted], who claims the jackets will be ready. Every week, there are always an excuse not to have them completed. As a paying customer, 9 months going on 10 months is enough time to make 10 letterman jacket let alone 1 jacket.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I'd ready take my business else where.

Review: On August 14,2014 I went with my daughter to San Diego Letter Jackets to order her letterman jacket. . We discussed the design with the owner and paid cash(he requested cash for a discount) for her jacket. We were told her jacket would be ready for pick up either 09/30 or 10/5 /2014. We contacted him in early October and were told his machine was broken and he needed another week. I contacted him again on 10/28/2014 and was then told he did not have the right color material so it would be another week. At this time he also said he would give us a partial refund when he gave us the jackets. He then stopped returning my calls . A threat to file a case with the small claims court was made. He then started to call me. Once again though we keep getting excuses. Our last contact was on 11/26/14, when he sent a picture and said he would delivery her jacket that day but did not. He has promised so many delivery days and every time has closed his store when he knew we would be coming. He has our money and all my daughters patches and letter.Desired Settlement: I would like my daughters jacket and the partial refund. If he cannot delivery this I would at least want her letter and patches along with all of my money back.

Review: I paid for my sons jacket. I was to receive jacket on 12/24/2015. [redacted] called and cancelled. I went to his shop and the shop has been vacated. I filed a police report and others have also had this issue. I am out a jacket, my sons patches and over $400.00Desired Settlement: I want my sons jacket. If not the jacket I want the irreplaceable patches he earned for a Varsity high school sport he played. I paid for it!

Review: I brought my sons jacket to be updated and I ordered a few extra patches (dropped off in Nov and Est Delivery Date was Mid-Feb). [redacted] consistently lied about delivery time/date. I made 6 trips to pick-up my jacked after it was already March. Excuse after excuse, told the it would be done, the patches were done and still no patches showed up. I finally just took my sons incomplete jacket. Was told patches were to be delivered any minute every single time. Still no patches and more trips. I went to pick-up my refund and was given a time to meet up and the doors were closed and no answer. Today I called and very casually he says oh, we missed each other. Wow, the guy is just cool calm and lies without any thought. So he says, I owe you a refund for two patches, 2x at $40 and one at $30, thats $90. No [redacted], the total is $110 (40+40+30=110). Tried to cheat me again. Im supposed to meet him at 1pm today again to gain patches or money. I doubt he will be there. Im taking the time to fill this out for two reasons, they guy is not practicing good service to a Service Member and two, the guy is not an honest businessman. I can say Ive been there at least 10 times to collect my sons jacket. Ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and I want this guy listed on the local military do not shop at list. Not to mention that he should be watched for horrible customer service.

Review: Order daughter a letterman sports jacket on August 29, 2014 with a delivery date October 20 - 25, 2014. Pre-printed on receipt "4 weeks from order date for all prepaid orders". To date we do not have the jacket we fully paid for back in August. We have called [redacted] (the owner) several times over the past few weeks. We went to pick it up on November 19th and was told the jacket would be ready November 21. We went to pick the jacket up on November 21 during store hours and the business was closed. Called again and leave a message. [redacted] call us the next morning and said the jacket would be ready for pick up November 24. We went to the store again and was told the jacket was not ready. Called [redacted] again on November 24 after leaving the store. [redacted] said the jacket would be ready the next day and that he would call and confirm. No call. No jacket. On November 25, we called the store and the lady yelled at us for calling and were told to stop calling. Called [redacted] on his cell phone November 25. He called us back and told us he would deliver the jacket to our home that afternoon. He did not and we have not heard from him.Desired Settlement: We would like the completed jacket as ordered OR a full refund of our $421 cash payment.
