San Diego Luggage

Review: My wife and I purchased 3 pieces of luggage from this company equating to over $1,000.00. Immediately, we found that the luggage was faulty. We contacted the company and the owner stated that they would repair the luggage. We returned the luggage, they stated that it was repaired but soon found out it wasn't fixed. We sent it back and he stated he was returning it to Samsonite. I called a few times and he stated it was being returned. In the meantime another luggage broke. My wife went to the store to return it and that is when we found out that the store was no longer in business, or at least it wasn't in the same location. We talked with the new owners and they were not aware of the whereabouts of San Diego Luggage and after searching on Google, we were unable to locate them.Desired Settlement: Refund or replacement of the faulty luggage pieces.
