Review: I went to pay my truck payment two days ago and the car lot is gone. I have left 3 messages with no response. I am current on my payment, but I still owe him a little over 1,000. He has my title to the truck until I'm paid off. I'm guessing he went out of business? His web site is even gone. I have financing with him, but I believe it's through his own personal financing. Because it's not on my credit report. What can I do about finding him. I need to get my title somewhere down the line.Desired Settlement: Either I need to be able to make him payments and get reciepts. Or my title of the truck.

Review: I arrived in the USA from Australia for college on 8/24/414. On 8/30/14 I purchased a 2001 Honda Civic from Al at San Diego Motors, Baltimore Dr, La Mesa. I asked whether I could find a mechanic to have a look at it within a couple of days of purchasing it to inspect it, and return it if there was a problem, he said that California law did not allow for that. He told me that in California, a buyer could take the car for an inspection before purchasing, however there was no regulation obliging the seller to agree to that after the paperwork was exchanged. I mentioned that my father (who was to assist me in finding a car) would be in the USA for only another day, and that it was a Saturday, and that we didn't know of any mechanics. He told me that that was how it was here in California. He pointed out the contract cancellation option agreement, and the limited warranty. He said that his dealership did not provide the cancellation option and placed a cross in that part of the agreement then asked that I sign by that box, which I did because he said I did not have the option of purchasing that part of the agreement.

Within 24hours the car would not start, and within 2 weeks, I was facing almost $1000 to repair the car to a condition where it could be driven.

I believe that this contract should be null and void based on the misinformation that I received. By telling me that it was not my legal right to purchase a contract cancellation option, and thus ensuring that I signed near the box declining that option that he crossed, Al's practice was deceptiveDesired Settlement: I request that the business refund my money (the purchase price of the car plus onroad costs), and accept the return of the car. Ideally if they were demonstrating good faith, I would appreciate reimbursement of the cost of the rental cars I required during the days the car was at the mechanic, and reimbursement of any outstanding repair cost.

Review: I bought a 2003 BMW 745i. In the first couple of days that I had it the "Engine Oil Low" light came on so I took it in right away and the mechanic there put oil in. seem strange that light came on and I just purchased it. Then the next day I noticed there was oil in my drive way and I took it back which they sent me home saying nothing was wrong 3 times! So I let it sit and I took pictures of driveway and took it back and showed them exactly where it was leaking from and determined it was transmission oil. they kept my car at least 2 weeks in and out. Si I get it home and after about a week I noticed smoke coming out of the exhaust. By this time my 30 day warrantee was up so I took it to Castrol to have oil changed and was in shock to find out that this vehicle was never serviced in YEARS!! the oil filter was in shreds and all the fluids was dirty black. I could only afford to do a couple of things at that time. 1 month later I took it in again and had everything serviced and smoke checked out. the separators where worn down and the thermostat was so old. the car was still smoking. Only to find out San diego Motors sold me a car that has been burning oil in engine the whole time and that's why when I bought it had no oil. The problem is the valves and some other work. I will have the invoice in a about a week but all together has cost me well over 5000.00. wen I called the dealer about the problem he just suggested a mechanic in point loma!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all the repairs if not I would like to go to court can you help!
