We have been in contact with this client from the very beginning of this issue. We have a policy in place of a non-refundable deposit to guarantee a moving date for our clients and to ensure a quality work schedule for our employees. be rescheduled to the next available moving date. We cannot cancel or reschedule other clients in order to please one client, or we would go out of business. I have attached proof of the moving confirmation sent to this clients email address, which is correct. The moving confirmation clearly states our policy. We did make an exception to refund the deposit just to make this client happy, but instead of returning our phone calls and messages, she decided to post a negative yelp review to try to harm our business. We are a very small family owned and operated business and negative reviews can harm our business. Again, to this day this client has never returned our attempts in contacting her to issue her a refund. And her negative yelp review has been up for weeks now.
