Mark Grant needs to talk more about the Padres game and less about everything else. He needs to stick with the baseball game and less about everything else as he goes on and on and on about. Mark is not funny and needs to talk Baseball.

The Padres received this complaint on Thursday, March 19, On Friday, March 20, 2015, our vice president of ticketing, Eric ***, reached out directly to Ms*** to address the issue He apologized to her over the phone and agreed that we would send a check for a full refund
to her the week of March 23, Mr*** and Ms*** agreed that the correct amount for the refund was $1,instead of the $1,Ms*** had originally requested, as the Padres had not charged the final payment installment to Ms***' credit card.Mr*** also sent Ms*** the following written letter of apology:Jo-Anne,
On behalf of the Padres organization, please accept my
sincerest apologies for the experiences you have encountered over the past
monthsWe work hard to provide the best experience for all fans, especially
our Season Ticket MembersYou and I both share a similar disappointment that
the Padres came up short with efforts to make your experience as a Member a
positive one
As discussed on our telephone conversation at 11:PST on
Friday, March 30th, we will be issuing you a full refund of
$1,via check, which will be cut on Monday or Tuesday, arriving to you
before the end of the week
As with any member of the Padres family, we hate to see you
go, but ultimately understand your decisionIf there is anything I can do in
the future to rebuild your trust and confidence in our organization please do
not hesitate to contact me directly, my contact information is below and my
card included in this note
We appreciate your support of our team on the field, and
hope that you will continue to root on the Padres to victory this season and
beyond
