business for the damages that he caused while driving out to the desert. The Aston Martin only had 10,634 miles in it and no history of it breaking down on a client. Due to [redacted] driving style, the bottom front of the vehicle was damaged. When we responded to their phone call his girlfriend began yelling rude remarks. We were going to drive over and offer assistance but she said told us they would find someone else to help them.On July 29, 2016, [redacted] returned the vehicle. The tires were covered in dirt and the bottom front of the vehicle was scratched, dented, and damaged. Since we did not take any pictures of the bottom area of the vehicle before it went out, neither us nor the client had any evidence of the preexisting condition of the bottom of the vehicle. To prevent the situation from escalating we offered [redacted] a free rental for a day and dismissed additional charges for the extra miles he drove. He agreed to that arrangement. We believe this complaint is just an excuse to not pay for the damages they caused during their ride to the desert.Sincerely,San Diego Prestige
