Response:
Dear Revdex.com,
The following are
responses to the client complaint #[redacted]:
1. There is nowhere in
our advertising where we promote teams of multiple cleaning team members. We
typically send one cleaning team member unless that team member will not be
able to complete the job alone in one day. We did send one team member only to clean the job
site. We would appreciate if the client would show us where in our advertising
we imply that we send multiple team members to the job site so that we can
remove these implications from our advertising if they accidentally exist.
2. There was an error on the work order our office sent with
the cleaning team member, and we have already admitted this to the client. Accidents happen. The client had requested to have interior and
exterior windows cleaned, but the work order mistakenly only said interior.
When the client brought the mistake to our attention, we promptly found our
error, we apologized to the client, and we included the exterior windows in the
work we did.
3. The client specifically told us not to bring a ladder
when he booked his cleaning.
4. I spoke with the client on Monday, August 12, and he told
me he was satisfied with the resolution I gave him. The only complaint he had
about the level of cleaning was that he was dissatisfied with how our cleaning
team member had cleaned the top of the fridge and under the fridge. I gave him
a $20 discount because he did not want us to return to the home to touch up this area.
5. Our User Agreement (signed by client) clearly states that
no other vendors or contractors can be present at the time of cleaning. If there our present, it voids the guarantee we put on our work. There
were painters and other workers in the home at the time of the cleaning.
6. The house was incredibly dirty (we have before and after pictures if you would like to see them), but the client told us that it
was very clean when he booked the cleaning. He said that it would barely need
any work; this was an inaccurate statement on the client's behalf.
7. The price estimate we gave over the phone to the client
(before we saw how dirty the house was and based on his description of the
scope of work) was $218-278. The final price came to $267, but we gave a
courtesy credit of $20 to the client, and we billed the client a total of $247.
8. We have forwarded the final receipt to the client via
email.
We have made numerous attempts to satisfy this client, but
he is trying to name his own price, and that is not how an A+ rated Revdex.com company
does business. After our last conversation with the client, he told us that he
was happy with the resolution we had reached, but then he went to Revdex.com over a
week later and filed this complaint. We do not understand why he told us he was satisfied with the resolution and then proceeded to contact Revdex.com.
Please let us know if we can offer any further insight.
Respectfully,
[redacted], San Diego Pro Cleaning
Consumer
Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
RESPONSE
[redacted] in my phone conversation kept saying the “crew” he sent to clean. It was only 1 person not a crew. It should have been 2 people.
