San Diego Pure Water

Good afternoon, [redacted] did not contact us about a problem until a month after we installed the water system The damage is in a building that we did not work on.The invoices listed with the Revdex.com are not from a licensed contractor and are then illegal since the dollar amount is over $500.00.A toilet feed line in another building leaked and caused some damage, I estimated $1,at most.Again we do not know how we would be at fault since we did not work on that building.They told me that they had an known open water line problem in that building but that story did not match with the damage that was there It was an mistake by whomever installed the toilet The rules for open pipe situations is to mark the supply valve with a do not open sign and if possible lock the valve in the off position I agreed to pay $to be nice But I am not paying for shoddy work done by an unlicensed person in a bathroom[redacted] General Manager

Attached is email communication that I initiated on 1-31-with General Manager, *** ***’s response.Issue remains unresolved. Complaint to Revdex.com : San Diego Pure Water is responsible for repairs due to mistake their employee, Tamo made while installing water filtration System at *** *** *** *** *** on 6-13-16.It is our understanding that employee, Tamo, has since been fired. Receipts for repairs attached here.Total amount due is $1138 Receipts were sent to General Manager, *** *** on 1-16-17 The incident happened months ago and still we do not have resolution with SDPW. For this reason, we are requesting that all communication concerning this case be with the owner of SDPW through the Revdex.com from this point on.

We called the customer right away when we received the complaint through the Revdex.com.  We spoke with her and learned that the damage done was from another building that we did not install out system in and that the plumbing was hooked up to this other building.  We were not made aware of the...

plumbing issue when we installed our system.  We let [redacted] know that we are happy to pay for any damage that we are responsible for and we have been waiting back for her response.
