I recently had my tile roof replaced by SDRD. The level of customer service that the owner (Emilio) personally provides is truly exceptional. My existing roof tiles are no longer made, but I needed to find a replacement that matched the other townhomes in my association as closely as possible. Emilio took an amazing amount of time and effort to help me evaluate style and color options from the two major tile companies (including having the tile vendor reps deliver samples) and provided addresses where the different ones had been installed. The installation was very professionally done with a very high level of quality. My neighbor had some repairs done and was also very satisfied with the results. Bottom line is that I could not be happier or more impressed and have recommended SDRD to my friends and neighbors for any roof repair or replacement work they might need done.

I absolutely recommend Roof Doctor to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price. They have been in business for many years. Roof Doctor is also a Certified GAF roofing installer. Being a certified GAF roofing installer and registering with GAF more than doubles up-front roofing coverage verses typical shingle warranties.
Roof Doctor just finished a re-roofing project on my house. I have cathedral ceilings in my house, so it’s difficult to insulate. They installed the Low-E reflective insulation below the GAF Ultra Architectural Shingles. Roof Doctor also installed a full length GAF Ridge Vent, and some O’Hagan low profile vents on the garage. Emilio’s crew showed up on time and worked full days to get the job done. They were professional, friendly, and made sure everything was done accurately. They found some areas of the roof that needed repair. And did a quality job on these unforeseen repairs at a reasonable cost. Roof Doctor held up their end of the contract and also went out of their way to help me out. The cleanup daily and after the job completed was outstanding. My wife was concerned about all the mess a roofing job creates. But after the first days cleanup she knew she was in good hands. These guys were great, would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.
