San Diego Scooter Repair

Review: I was told when I dropped off the scooter it was a $70 diagnosis charge and then I would be called before work was done. The work was completed and then I was over charged for the work. I was charged at about $250 an hour. The bill only said carb cleaned and vacuum hose eliminated. I believe This work is an hour and half. I was never told the hour rate and it appears it's well over $200 an hour. I would never have approved that repair at that amount.

I have tried three times to call [redacted] for an explanation and he will not return my calls. I just want him to explain the cost at what hour rate.

They also lost my keys to the scooter.Desired Settlement: And possible billing adjustment. I don't understand the reason for not returning my calls unless he knows he has intentionally deceived me on the billing.
