Very simply, I am a 'one man show' as a I have a small business on eBay I have been selling on eBay since and have a 'Top-Seller Status Rating' Almost all the items that I sell come from local estates We list the items that we sell with the note 'sold as is' In this case, we are not 'watch experts' by any means The customer purchased the item over the holiday season He contacted me after some time after receiving the item and said he wanted to return it becuase 'it was not a real Rolex watch' We responded that it would be fine to return the item and that we would issue a full refund upon receiving the item back This is where the problem really started It took me about three weeks or so to get the watch back We have no control over the USPS and certainly would not issue a refund without the item in handThe day that I reveived it, I processed a full refund via Paypal
This is a newer customer to eBay and felt they were being 'taken' I understand that part of it.....but then accusing me of 'intentionally fake items' is simply not true I have a very good seller reputation and I stand behind every single item that I sell In the end, the customer received a full refund for the item that they purchased and did not want He did his part and I did mine The delayed return of the item (problems with USPS) was a cause of the problem The buyer decided to accuse me of 'stealing and lying'....and that is not right I request that any adverse marks against me be removed Please let me know if you have any other questions

I am contacting you as I received a letter in the mail from the Revdex.com.    The customer in question purchased a watch from us on the auction site eBay.  We have sold on eBay since 2001 and have over 27,000 positive transactions.  This past year we had over...

$70,000 in sales.  This customer contacted us about returning the watch for a full refund.   As we do with all sales, we back every item that we sell.   We told the customer we would process the refund once the return was received.   The return finally made it to us and at that time we processed a full and complete refund the same way the customer paid, via Paypal.
It is unfortunate that this customer is accusing us of selling fake merchandise and then not refunding their money.  We are not thieves, rather hard working honest sellers who have a very good reputation.  Again, we stand behind every item that we sell.  It appears this eBay buyer, based on feedback, is new to the site.   No one should be allowed to accuse another of such actions unless it actually happened.
This sale/refund is over and we hope to never hear from this customer again.    Let me know if you have any other questions.

The seller claims to "stand behind" the products and also claims that he is being "accussed" of selling fake merchandise. The merchandise is indeed fake as no ROLEX watch is made in Japan. The attachment provided here contains clear proof that this watch is made in Japan and therefore fake. The seller knew this when he listed the item and is continuing to be dishonest. Again, ROLEX watches are Swiss made and NEVER made in Japan that is a fact. The watch is fake bottom line. Pictures attached.

Review: San Diego Silver sold me a counterfeit Rolex watch on 12/16/2013. I immediately returned the fake watch to [redacted] on 01/06/2014 and provided proof of return via the receipt from my local post office. [redacted] claims he has not received the fake watch as of 01/24/2014 and has refused to return my money for the counterfeit watch. This transaction was done through Ebay. As a part of the listing process you are required to certify an items authenticity. [redacted] did so knowing that the watch was counterfeit.Desired Settlement: [redacted] should return my money that for the counterfeit watch immediately.
