Review: [redacted], the owner of San Diego Social Leagues (Sandiegosocialleagues.com) owes our company and other companies registration fees that we paid weeks ago for a league that never came to existance. He led us to belive he was running a legitimate business and based on anger issues due to the death of a loved one (father) as he explained to staff, he has unable to fulfill his verbal commitment. He is not stable to say the least being that when we responded he was extremely offensive and threatening. All I did was email that we were very dissappointed and requested our refund via PayPal but he refused and wanted us to use a 3rd party system we had never heard of. After emailing him back requesting for him to simply draft us a check he called me personnaly and made threats to visit our business and phyically attack me. He later sent a barrage of emails to our fellow team members making derogatory statements about me and threatened to get the word out on "me being a pr*ck". [redacted] is an unstable individual that should be locked away before he hurts someone or himself let alone a person to do business with. Please stay away for your safety and if you wish to have a professional person to work with. Stick with VAVI or an organization that has consequences for such actions. We are still awaiting a refund.Desired Settlement: Formal apology to my team members that Jon made slanderous remarks to, confirmation that he will not physically attack me or send further threats. I need him to stay away from our business and refund back our registration fees.
