Mr., [redacted] bought a Dodge Sprinter in San Fernando Motors on the date of August 9, 2014, on our facility in Pflugerville TX I, [redacted] , Met Mr [redacted] on September 27, in our main location on North Lamar, He mentioned to me that he was having some /> problems with the vehicle days after his purchased, He also told me that he spoke with my partner [redacted] and that he said to only bring the vehicle to our main location to get the unit fixed, I told him that I did not had an issue and asked him to give me a minute to contact my partner because before he came to me I wasn’t aware of the situation, but I was willing to help him, my partner said that everything Mr [redacted] said it wasn't true, after that conversation with my partner I told him, but he did not understood and got upset call me unprofessional and offended me also said that we only sold piece of junk, I apologize to him and ask sincerely to forgive us for causing him all this trouble, by curtesy I offer him to purchase all the parts and we will install them without any charges to him, to clear are name and stand behind our word and our company Mr [redacted] did not said anything got up and left without any curtesy My partner and I came to an agreement to help him with all the inconvenience our vehicle causing him knowing that is a used car and he purchased with a buyer guide AS IS NO WARRANTY, signed and understood by him Thank you very much

Mr. [redacted] came in to the dealer with a incomplete down payment of $1800 while the down payment for the Lexus was $2450 so he ask for help in order to get the a differed down payment and low monthly notes.
So we did help him trusting on his word we deferred the down payment of  on 3 parts of $200,In his first deferred he only brought $160 claiming that he needed money for the gas of the same vehicle recently, so we decide that was ok trusting again his word. and successively this keep on happening for around 2 months we gave him a last warning, we gave him a couple of days so he can up to date.
 
After that we decided that it was enough time so we try to repo the car for over a week and when we found the vehicle was in Houston With another person driving the vehicle with out been assured.
 
That  was or experience doping business with  Mr. [redacted] as you can see was really unpleasant.
