On May 22, Consumer contacted San Francisco State University Regarding
their charges for Student Health Center chargesConsumer requested that the Student Health Center do a full investigationAfter completing our full investigation the charges still appear to be valid and the University has no records of payment for those services
On June 8, after receiving a completed release of records form the Student Health Center sent consumer a copy of the billing records and associated health care records
The Student Health Service's response requested that the Consumer review both sets of records and let us know if:
1.Any of the documented services had been fraudulently obtained by someone else
The services had been legitimately provided and University had already been paid for those services
The services had been legitimately provided and University had not yet been paid for those services
San Francisco State University is awaiting a response to the letter which was sent via certified mail on June 8,

I have received e-mail confirmation that the $548 garnished will be refunded because I had previously paid for it. That issue is solved.
The only issue that remains is the additional $548 originally paid for a class that I had cancelled and...

never attended for a refund that was never given to me. Please see image attachments for proof/reference of my right to a refund.
