Everything appeared to be okay once I seen my room. That was until I realized the 0% satisfaction with customer service. The indian woman who is the owner had a very unpleasant attitude. The white man who worked there did as well. our room had bed bugs which we complained at check out and he simply said I will let the owner know and turned away. I proceeded to ask so that's how you all handle business with unsatisfied customers. he responded your lucky I didn't put you out for being in the pool after pool closing. well apparently we missed the sign for closing that he mentioned was posted but the pool was still lit. The following night a white couple was in the pool 2am without being bothered but we deserve to be put out for being in the pool at 11pm. we received a nasty attitude for complaining about our room not being cleaned after we requested a full service. need less to say if you have high tolerance for bull st for a cheap stay by all means stay here. the beach is within walking distance. but if you are a paying customer who desires to be treated with respect stay away. Customer Service is their last priority your money is their first. Did I mention our room had bed bugs and they didn"t care to accommodate us in any way. also the tub was dirty and they claimed it couldn't get any better. my opinion with such short staff they definetly do not put enough time into cleaning. but it will appear as though you got a great deal at first glance.
