Client successfully completed 5 make-up classes.The directions clearly specify requirement to complete an exit interview within 21 days.Attached please find a copy of the state DUI regulations with section pertaining to this complaint highlighted.DUI programs are audited by the state for compliance with these regulations and do not have flexibility to modify or negotiate requirements for completing DUI programs.Additionally, there are the following 2 notes in the client's file:9/3/15 T (telephone) Attempted to contact clt to schedule exit appt. however phone does not accept calls from blocked numbers. HH (initialed)9/9/15 T Attempted to contact clt about exit appointment. Phone does not acept (sic.) calls from blocked #'s. SR Because of the confidentiality requirements of the counseling programs, the Safety Council's phone numbers are blocked to prevent non-clients from seeing incoming calls.It is so unfortunate for this client that he did not reinstate and complete the exit interview within the 2 years window which closed on September 24, 2015. The Safety Council did do everything at the time within our control to notify and make courtesy contacts with client to facilitate completion of the program.We are sorry that there is nothing within our control to help this client.
