Not able to address his complaints about the Program Director, as that person is no longer employed by the College

He is correct in stating that once an account is turned to collections, his contact must be with themI am confident that they have, or certainly will, notify him of the balance owing

I am not satisfied but I will take my issue further up with whatever Government agency that governs them as they never worked or explained anything and have been garnishing my wages for two years

As indicated in my first response, the student was aware he was assuming a loan obligation, and was given all required disclosures to that effect
Additionally, the balance owing the school was sent to collections only after contact and attempted contact with the studentOnce sent to collections, all communication regarding the debt must be with them
I am happy to continue working with this student to achieve resolution; however, his financial obligations are now in the hands of third parties

9/10/and 9/1/I did respond to the Business Manager via phone call by leaving a voice mail that I got her message to call her back and I did not receive a responseI asked that she please leave a voice message instead of just saying to call her back...I have yet to hear anything from anybody at San Joaquin Valley College

A San Joaquin Valley College employee called the State Board and was told the Board has sent a letter to Ms*** requesting high school transcripts with graduation date indicated and a copy of her driver's license
If there is any way we can assist beyond those limits, we are most happy to do so

I did respond to the board immediately and submitted the requested information to the State BoardThe letter states that the school sent the wrong transcripts that is what initiated the calls to the Registrar and the school seems like they do not want to take responsibility of sending the wrong paperworkI replied to the board with mailing my proof of my high school graduation dates and a copy of my current driver licenseI have sent several emails to the State Board asking if they received the mailing and if it will suffice to proceedAs of this date I have not heard back from the State Board
