I bought furniture 2 1/2 months ago. It is falling apart and has a warranty but they will not repair or replace the sectional. They told me they would send someone to look at it 3 weeks ago and no one came. I came by the store today and they refused to help me.

My wife and I went to the store on 5//we spent about an hour or more browsing and looking I made a purchase I purchased for my wife a beautiful kitchen island which has yet to arrive and when we made the order I asked how long I could expect to wait and was told "not long this item shows we have in stock and available so between 3-weeks." He said our only option at this point is to even trade for the chocolate, unless we want to pay all the fees that come with ordering the greyI asked if he could even try to understand that if I on any level thought they were ordering the tan that I would’ve corrected it, I asked if he felt any remorse at all for leaving customers feeling quite literally robbed at this point, he said he would if he did anything wrong but he didn’t do anything wrong so that’s not their problem to fixI told him I just paid a retainer on an attorney I can just add this to his listHe said you’re welcome to do soI said I didn’t need his confirmation on what I can or can’t do with my own self??????? he also made sure I knew they could hear us while we were on holdAt one point, *** asked me “why didn’t you tell them the color?” And I said “I thought I had, I told two or three of the associates throughout the whole processI thought it was established.” And then Mike asked “why didn’t you just order it in store?” In such a smart *** wayI said BECAUSE IM NOT CONFIDENT IN MY BANK ACCOUNTI NEEDED TIME TO THINK ABOUT ITITS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESSWhen I asked since they said themselves the color was never mentioned in the phone call, why this color was selected, they said bc of my response to their employees text(She texted me a screenshot for me to confirm she was looking at the same couchI had explained I needed this specific style bc f the size of my living room)I simply thanked her for the pictureI thought she was going the extra mile for me by doing thatIt’s literally what’s ruined this whole transactionA textA text that isn’t the proper protocol for ordering, but yet it’s being accepted at the customers expenseHow did this end? My boyfriend decided to go pick up the chocolate couch so we could just wash our hands of these peopleHe walked in, they had the same attitudeThey told him where to pull his truck around to load the couchHe pulls up, and the entire atmosphere shiftedHe was in his work truckWe can’t quite figure all this out, but they started stuttering and stumbling on words and said “we didn’t know you worked there” and ALL of a sudden, they had my couch in my shade I wanted available that very secondWe are truly dumbfounded with this store and these peopleYou’d have to ask them why it ended this way because we have no clueHe works for a company that does a lot of work for the mall this store is located in but it doesn’t explain why they had my couch and why they wouldn’t send it to meI posted my experience on social media and have received multiple emails from other victimsThey have no soul at this store*** *** ** *** *** disgust me

In September I ordered a table and chairsI needed them for ThanksgivingI was told that they would be here in weeksSo weeks go by and I call them, they'll be here next weekThis went on for a monthI talked to the manager and he told me that it would get there when it got thereSo I talked to the warehouse manager *** and found out that it was dated for November 12thThe manager knew this the whole time and never once told meHe was extremely rudeWell fast forward to todayNovember 12th, My order has now been dated for November 27thThat's past ThanksgivingI ordered this table so I would have it by Thanksgivingmonths ago! So I called to cancel my order, they tell me I will have to pay a 35% restocking fee for something I never receivedI told them I would not be paying that because it is not my fault that I have not received my item yetI have nothing but terrible experience with this place and I do not recommend anyone shopping here

I placed an order for furniture on 3/12/for a love seatThe item was $but it has yet to be deliveredI have contacted the store times and went there in person last weekI was told I was at the top of the list for delivery but I have not received my merchandise

Around three months ago I ordered a bedroom set and mattress from this Cape Girardeau location for just over $When I ordered the mattress, they said they didn't have any in stock and that they needed to order oneAfter awhile, they told me that this particular mattress was discontinuedAbout months after originally ordering everything, they told me to come back in and pick out a different mattressI did this about a month ago and they said they also had to order this mattressI still have not received any of my bedroom set and still have not received a mattressThis shouldn't be taking this long

On 2/21/18, my wife and I went to this company to purchase a sectional and a mattress We asked when the delivery would be made They told us 1-weeks We purchased a bedroom set from another store and we wanted to get the items from both stores delivered at the same time I set the delivery for the bedroom set for two weeks The bedroom set was delivered so I contacted Ashley They told me the furniture hadn't left the warehouse and it may be a month before it was delivered I told them I wanted to cancel the mattress They told me we would be charged a 25% restocking fee After about a week of going back and forth to them, they bought in the corporate office Wes told us if we agreed to keep the sectional that they wouldn't charge us a restocking fee on the mattress and we would get a full refund He told us we would get the refund in a week It's been weeks and no refund They have given several excuses such as they had the wrong address, etc We called the corporate
