Dear [redacted] :I apologize for the delay in getting responding to this complaintWe have over manufactures in our library and we do have a price guarantee on all of our corporate suppliersWhile we do not carry every brand name we do have most of the more popular brands.We do guarantee that our members will save on every purchase the make at Direct BuyThere is a process for this if they find the exact same item at a retail store for less They have to show us that and we will adjust the price to accommodate the savingsWe cannot refund Ms [redacted] money that has already been paid but we can cancel her membership and not continue to charge her moving forward [redacted] Direct buy of Greater Kansas City

I am rejecting this response because:
The corporate office says I have to contact the owner of the local "closed" club. How do I find the owner??? Corporate office only wants to upgrade my membership that I want to cancel and get a refund. I received no benefit from this club - prices are much higher than other places, then they "discount" the price to be about the same as what I can get at many places. Very poor value and cus***er service.Regards,

I tried to contact Ms *** concerning this issue We use an outside call center to make these calls and we have since stopped using these people.The vacation voucher is gift that we have used for several month and haven never has this issueI have spoken to the travel agent that handles
these bookings and she will allow ms *** to choose another trip that will satisfy her I have not been able to speak personally with Ms *** but I will follow up and satisfy her concernsI can be reached at the office at ###-###-#### or my cell is ###-###-####*** ***Owner Direct buy Greater Kansas City

They have assured me I would have tickets finalized by next Friday Jan. 22. I appreciate Mr. [redacted] quick response and am looking forward to a positive resolution. As soon as this is complete I will follow up with the Revdex.com to make sure this is cleared up for all of us.

I spoke with  Mrs [redacted] several times and tried to get her pricing on the items she wanted.  I was able to show her savings on all of the items but she was still wanting to cancel the membership.I have instructed our corporate to cancel her membership and give her a full refund....

 Since our corporate office handles all of the financial issues, this refund will come from them.She should receive it is a few days.  I am sorry that we were unable to meet her needs but I hope a full refund will satisfy her.  I wish her all the best.[redacted]Direct buy of Greater Kansas City.
