San Luis Garbage

Review: I own a property in San Luis Obispo. I currently only use my home for vacation needs and do not require garbage service. Garbage service is a mandatory utility in San Luis Obispo, and I am paying a minimal fee of roughly $13 per month for non-service. However, I recently received a bill showing that I owe for pickup of 64 gallon garbage in the months of August and September. I did not put out garbage in these months, nor did I adjust my billing to begin service again. San Luis Garbage San Luis Garbage has billed me for garbage pickup even though I have discontinued service. Furthermore, this billing is astronomically high...$53.68 for each month of service.Desired Settlement: I would like my bills adjusted to reflect what was agreed upon such that I am not gouged for unneeded service.
