Review: Came to room while I was in bathtub. Told me not to fill tub up too much. Room below was leaking water from ceiling. He said they had it fixed last week. We felt we should be compensated for trouble. Refused to compromise. Made entire family leave at 9 at night with no place to go.Desired Settlement: We wanted to stay & get discounted. Too late & nowhere to go. Instead left & refunded. Very rude. Questioning why we were there.
