Good Morning, We faxed a response to the one complaint against us and spoke to someone on the phone the same day prior to sending DOCUMENTED proof of delivery. We demand immediate action and review of this complaint. We delivered the product in full to the customer DESPITE their credit card chargeback which in the end we also won that dispute We need an immediate resolution and reinstatement of a perfect standing with the Revdex.com by Friday, February 5, prior to seeking legal proceedings against this organization. This is defamation and is actively damaging our business and we will hold you liable Please see the attached documentation AGAIN. This customer is the fraud, not us! He tried to STEAL nearly $15K worth of Glass Doors as he charged his credit card back AFTER KNOWING and CONFIRMING the product left the manufacturer Regards, Titan Freeze

We contacted the manufacturer Anthony International and someone in this company raised the red flag when they said they have never received an order for these doors and that we were not the only customers that had contacted them saying they had placed orders with Titan Freeze and they never delivered. Doing some research on the officers of Titan Freeze you can easily find the type of people we are dealing with. They can say all they want but when this amount of money is at stake we will go and seek justice not only to get our money back but to put a stop on these people from scamming others. Months have passed after the original order date and if the delay was a day or even a week, we would of been ok, but when it reached weeks and we had no luck contacting them we panicked and that's when their way of doing business came to light. Please feel free to contact the manufacturer and see if in fact this order was placed when they said it was going to be placed. They can rest assure that the ones that will go the extra mile to have them stop scamming people will be us.
