We take this claim very seriously and have begun an official inquiry into the incident We have reached out to the customer via telephone but were unable to connect as the number provided is no longer in service We then reached out to the customer via email and have yet to hear a response

I am rejecting this response because: The reverse charges are still not credited to my account as of this daySan Manuel also promised to pay bank fees associated with over-charging my account for a cash advance fee that has yet to be credited as wellThis issue will be resolved when all monies are credited back to my account

The customer has been contacted and has been provided information showing that our Cash Advance Vendor (ASAI) has reversed all incorrect charges. We also shared this information with the customer's bank who provided her with a provisional credit until the reversed charges are resolved.

I do not accept the response because he is a liar I wanted answers he did say my drink was not tampered with but in fact it was because I was told it was by security as well as after my conversation with I believe bobby and after he said he viewed the footage he then asked me for the date of the incident which confirmed that he lied about the viewing of footage which made me feel even more uneasy about this business....my glass of champagne was not champagne it was discolored and tasted disgusting I was never fine with any of this

showed up on. [redacted] reported that her demeanor was abusive towards him and didn't let him get too many words in. He was just trying to listen to what the problem was and she was more interested in insulting everyone and making a scene. [redacted] was not aware of the original incident and needed time to verify the details. We get patrons on regular basis that say someone is giving them something for free or have some kind of arrangement. We are usually pretty good at communicating this within our department so this is why [redacted] was hesitant (and her unpleasant demeanor). I've been expecting a call from her but haven't heard anything from her yet. I will review with my staff and reach out to her.
I'm a bit confused about her complaint. My manager [redacted] spoke with her the same night she is referencing. She was completely satisfied after talking to him and was fine when they parted. Just trying to confirm where she is at with this.
