We have tried to contact Mr. [redacted] multiple times since we received his complaint but have been unsuccessful. The customer stated in his complaint that the vehicle's price was changed before he signed the contract. Throughout the purchasing process Mr. [redacted] had the sales price disclosed to him on our documents which he agreed to before signing the contracts. Mr. [redacted] also stated that we did not provide him with the car facts at the time of purchase, this however was not the case. I've attached a copy of the signed car facts which disclosed the damage that was reported on the Ford F-150. I hope this response helps answer any questions you may have. Hope you have a great day. paint flaking and that the truck has had a secondary paint job, which is when I ordered my own carfax, revealing that damage had been reported. I also understand that I signed on the price and that part is my fault for not catching their sneaky deceitful change of price when going from verbal to written.

by working a transaction which would allow the consumer to trade it in for a new vehicle , however please be advised that the consumer did not pay $36,000 as he stated , he did however trade in a vehicle with  ( $7,879.12 ) of negative equity, and compounded the deficit by not putting any money down . First of all, I want to apologize for the issue getting to this level.  We work very diligently to make sure that our customer satisfaction is superior to our peers in the industry.  We hold highly our customers and their patronage.  Secondly, I have spoken with several witnesses and...

have found the issue began as a result of the banks, that we have an indirect relationship with, did not approve the full dollar amount we requested.  Unfortunately, the customer had too much negative equity for them to approve.  They said the customer needed to put a certain amount of money down to place the loan in the necessary range for their approval. (The customer had originally requested the loan be made without putting money down.)  When the salesperson explained what the bank approval was, the customer became upset.  The witnesses recanted the customer made several remarks about the salesperson’s mother and invited the salesperson outside to “settle the matter”.  The witnesses said the salesperson did not call the customer any names or make any threatening gestures.   Lastly, I would be happy to sit down with the customer and see if there would be anything I can do to make this situation better.    Thanks,   [redacted]

In response to the transaction with [redacted] as follows .....       We originally took an application for purchase from [redacted] on a dodge dart   and the loan was bank approved based on the information Mr. [redacted] provided us.       During the bank funding...

process , the lender discovered that the information provided   by Mr.[redacted] was not accurate based on job time nor stated income .       The lender then declined to approve the loan based on inaccurate information provided   by the applicant .   .   We then explained the situation to Mr. [redacted] , so he asked his grandmother to co-sign,   we then got the loan re-approved with both and delivered the paperwork to her from   Sanmarcos to college station as agreed, and then the grandmother changed her mind   once we were there ,and said she was no longer willing to cosign for her grandson .       Mr [redacted] blamed the dealer for things beyond our control ( he lied on his application )   and ( his grandmother agreed to co-sign ,then changed her mind )       Mr.[redacted] finally returned the vehicle after a 2- month fiasco and received a full refund .       Note , he returned the vehicle in very poor condition with body damage to the front and   back of the car which was not there before . As a dealer we are the only losers here ,   Mr.[redacted] drove a car for 2 months for free , and dropped it off wrecked and paid nothing   for usage or damage .       Sincerely   [redacted]  pre-owned sales director
