A call was placed to Mr [redacted] on Friday, September 23, and a voice message was left as he did not answerMr [redacted] left a return voice message at our office over the weekend when we were closed stating that he was in England and Dubai for the next couple weeksWe called again and connected with Mr [redacted] on Wednesday, September 27, 2017.Mr [redacted] is correct that JMC works diligently and has done so for almost years, to build excellent quality homesThe project Mr [redacted] is purchasing a production home in a high-end gated community in RocklinThe homes are larger than the average size JMC Homes builds and therefore take more time to build particularly in light of the construction labor shortages facing the homebuilding market in California and the nationRegarding the absence of corporate contact, Mr [redacted] and his employee Jill [redacted] have been to our corporate office four times and have met personally with an office representative on their various concernsThey have also had four personal appointments to date with our design center staff to review appliances and other optionsMr [redacted] was only able to attend two of the design center visits due to businessOur onsite community sales representative has had numerous meetings and phone calls particularly with Ms [redacted] , who is not on contract to purchase the home, and has been making many of the decisions for Mr [redacted] due to his travel scheduleMs [redacted] has made a number of inaccurate assumptions based on what she thinks should come with the homeas opposed to what actually comes with the homeThe appliance package that comes standard to the home is clearly described, and the appliances Ms [redacted] seeks are clearly described as upgraded choicesInitially, Ms [redacted] was attempting to get upgraded appliance at the company's expenseAs a gesture of good will, we agreeed to give Mr [redacted] an upgraded dishwasher at no chargeMs [redacted] , in turn, then sought additional appliance upgrade concessionsMs [redacted] 's most recent communication with us on this issue is that she will pay for all additional appliance upgradesWe believe the appliance issue is now resolvedAs a point of reference for you, this community opened for sales in February of 2015, half of the community is sold out, and this is the first instance where concerns over appliances and the website have been raised.Please contact us with any related questions,Best Regards,JMC Homes

I understand an email was sent to me but I received not such email indicating any response from JMC Homes nor did I receive anything asking me to acknowledge anything from the Revdex.com I am continuing to ask the Revdex.com to intervene as JMC Homes is placing people and property at risk and in some cases as with mine never giving the homeowner information about it or a choice JMC Homes has not provided inadequate lighting in the front of the homes on Peach Tree Dr., with mine being one of them They told me this was an option but we were not told about it or given the option because as they told me the electrical cutoff date had passed I've built homes for decades and never have I seen a home built with such inadequate lighting placing the homeowner at risk when they come home after dark and placing their homes at risk by thieves Sincerely,*** ***

You sent me a notice that this complaint was being closed but I have not yet received anything that says you have contacted the company and what their response was. I informed you I have contacted them on numerous occasions with no results. That is why I submitted a complaint.I would like this complaint reopened and the company contacted.Sent from my iPhone
