San Regis Apartments

After Leaving San Regis they have been trying to push addition charges on my accountIncluding Cleaning Charges that have been unjustified
Before Leaving we had given them an excess of Days of notice before we left and knowing they had to do a pre-move out inspection they chose to never schedule it with usThe day of our move-out comes by and we dropped off what we felt proper paymentBelieving that or Deposit Bond was still applicable with the ManagementUnfortunately the new management who had taken control of the accounts failed to inform us that they no longer worked with the Deposit Company, DepositIQSo they are now pushing us to pay charges that we feel are out of our lease agreementWhen we ask if we can resolve the issue in person they deny us entry and will only communicate by emailWhen asking for a copy of the lease agreement and a copy of their photos of the apartment they fail to both
