I just received a letter from a company supposedly called the CCA. The letter says that they are not announcing nor guaranteeing that I have won anything but then for some reason they are asking for a $20 processing fee for something they call cash directives. ??? It looks to me like the S.A. N.. is just resurfacing as the CCA. I just wanted this to be documented in case anyone else looks this up.
