San Tae & Fantasy Dry Cleaners

Review: I had previously brought in items to dry clean. I was staying at my sisters home and brought in 2 pairs of pants. I moved to jersey shortly after and asked my sister to retrieve my 2 pairs of pants. She went to the cleaners and they had the pants. They expected her to take them but she didn't have the payment on her at the time. She told them to hold onto them till tomorrow and she would pay for them then. The following day she went to retrieve my items and was told they were picked up. She asked by whom? She said that by someone and they were not there. My sister became increasingly aggravated and demanded the return my items back and they called tte police. She left in order to avoid a confrontation with the women and man. I was told about this later on and decided to call them. I called they were pleasant and asked me name and phone number. I asked about my items and they responded that they were picked up. I asked by whom and to speak to the [redacted] and they got nasty and aggressive and the man hung up on me. I called back several times and they wouldn't answer. I am appalled by this kind of treatment I received and the way my sister was. They barely speak English and are beyond rude and they got rid of my clothes purposely. Nor my sister or I picked up those 2 pairs of pants which by they way cost about $100 dollars. I have never been treated so poorly and have had a dry cleaner get rid of my clothes purposely.Desired Settlement: My ideal resolution would be for them to pay for the 2 pair of pants they made mysteriously disappear. I will never return there and if I lived within the state I would have taken action sooner.
