Hello, Attached is my response to Mr*** ***. In addition to this, our company didn't quote years of maintenance's for him and he never mentioned within our emails we were missing any warranty or service informationWe would have gladly re-quoted him if he wanted years
of maintenance's and an extra year of labor serviceWe went ahead and charged his credit card for the amount he approved of $4,All of our estimates have a disclaimer stating when using a card a 3% charge is added but again this is another expense we have to take on his behalf

The company’s response is factually inaccurate and riddled with falsehoods regarding events and statements made by both myself, Mr M[redacted] and SanTan and therefore can not be accepted and in my opinion is defamatory.  The simple fact is the owner of the company Miguel did offer a two year labor warranty and two years of service on the unit as part of the agreement and now is falsely asserting that he did not say that.  As SanTan has accepted payment and provided a paid in full receipt we view the issue of the service agreement resolved.  The issue of labor warranty and workmanship remains.  Further, it should be noted that the company’s response is unprofessional and nothing more than an untrue and unfounded attack on me to attempt to pull the focus of the company’s unethical and unprofessional conduct away from them. [redacted]

Hello,  If after receiving his estimate Mr. [redacted] felt something was missing he should have let us know and we would have re quoted him accordingly. He did not let us know until after the work was done and we billed him. We have been responsive from the beginning and have followed up to fix the issues that were left outstanding from the install. I don't know what else to do for a customer that refuses to be satisfied. I am in charge of setting up our numbers and profit margins for an install, if something was missing, I would have resent him a new estimate and it would have been up to him to approve or disapprove. We have fixed the out standing issues from the install, we have taken off the $200 upon his request even though never did our estimate that was emailed to him reflects any type of service plan or extra year of labor, we have not charged his card the 3% for using a card for payment even though all of our estimates have a 3% disclaimer on them. What else does he want from us?

I have worked with this company several times at the Artisan Village of Coolidge. Every time we have an issue they are here quickly. They are wonderful about telling you what is going on and letting you know what it will cost to fix it or what your options are. So when it came time to service my personal a/c, they are who I called. I haven't been that great about up keep and it had not been services in a few years. Enrique came and cleaned the drain pipes, coils and checked everything. Turns out we were low on Freon and needed more. This company only charges $75 a pound compared to $150 by other companies. This company is wonderful to work with and very fair on their pricing. This is the only company I will ever use again.

I am truly amazed with how honest and respectful Miguel and his team is. I have never dealt with a more honest hard working professional. I will use this company for any of my HVAC needs and so will the rest of my family that live in the Florence, San Tan area. They use only the highest quality parts and take there time to make sure that everything will be in working order for the future. Their labor rate is very fair and the quality of work is the very best so I would recommend this company to anyone who needs standard maintenance or repair.

I have had Miguel and his company (Enrique) taking care of my A/C for several years, I have always found them to be very respectful, very fair in his pricing of parts and labor. He never tries to upsell, always explains in lay men's terms what the problem is and how to fix it the correct way, the first time. My A/C went out of service this week, when it was 110 outside, came on time and within 1 hour to fix the problem. They are simply the best A/C company to do business with and I have recommended them to others and no one has been disappointed.

I have been a customer of San Tan AC Comfort Pros for several years. Miguel and his staff are extremely professional and respectful. I feel that Miguel is honest and fair in all of his recommendations and price quotes. Never feel that I am being pressured or oversold. He has all of the technical knowledge and the ability to explain it to me in terms I can understand. He is prompt and courteous. If something comes up and he cannot meet an expected appointment time he or his staff always calls and lets me know what is happening. He takes the time to do things right. I highly recommend Miguel R[redacted] for any heating or cooling maintenance or emergency repairs.

San Tan Air Conditioning are extremely knowledgeable HVAC professionals. They have provided our heat pump installations. The staff is courteous and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them.
