As per the estimate that was written by the insurance company we originally attempted to repair the damaged bumper. It was determined that the bumper was damaged beyond repair and would require a new part. We then needed to contact the insurance company for approval of a new...

bumper. At this time we were unable to proceed with any work on the vehicle until we were given approval to do so by the insurance company. Once we were given approval the new bumper was ordered. This process delayed the repair of the vehicle by four days before we could resume repairs. Our advisor was in contact with the owners daughter throughout this process as she either called us or stopped in on numerous occasions. We advised the customer that the crack in their windshield was caused by a rock chip near the top of the glass in between the "Corvette" lettering. We did not drive the vehicle on the road while it was in the shop so there is no way that the chip was caused by us. We asked the customer to bring the vehicle back in so we could show them where the chip was but the customer hung up on us. We are truly sorry that this customer was not happy with our service and would welcome a chance to speak with the customer again regarding this matter.

The windshield was not in any way damaged we it was brought to you and it should have came back in the same fashion when it was brought to your attention you did nothing about it the car was in your possession and the windshield was damaged in ur procession so you guys should be the one to fix it never in my life has a company treated me as such you guys messed up admit it and fix the problem

Our vehicle was the victim of a hard rear end collision. We had the repairs done at San Tan Auto Body. Mike was our advisor. The total damages ended up being over 16,500.00 ..Yes, you read that right. So you can imagine the mess my vehicle was in. Repairs were done and our vehicle returned to us. My 2013 Ford Escape is like brand new. We had it at the dealership for a unrelated issue, and it was up on the rack. The service people and sales car managers looked it over and told us that " If you had not told us about the accident, we never would of known" .......That is how great San Tan Auto Body did the repairs and work. They are the nicest people, and if you need work done to your vehicle. Do yourself and your car a favor and have it done at SAN TAN AUTO BODY....

Failed to complete the job as quoted. overcharged for work done. did not replace parts paid for by insurance (windshield). painted minimum surface area looks like crap. paint does not match rest of vehicle. Quoted 2000 but charged 3200 for incomplete work done. should have used another shop.

Outstanding work! They paid extreme attention to detail as they restored my F150 exceeding my expectations. The staff was focused, friendly and intelligent. They treated us with the utmost importance and I am thankful they were on the list my insurance company provided for collision repairs. The turn-around time was a bit longer (as they had many customers) but that is now understood with the high quality of work they do.
