Hector is an outstanding angel of mercy in this dog eat dog business world!

I have never gone in there and had him or his repair assistant/partner fix any of our vehicles without his "walking" me through and showing me step-by-step all the problems and problem areas first.

He is to me, a tremendous example of integrity and will never have anything fixed on your vehicle without first making clear exactly what your vehicle needs are and whatever labor and repair costs will be involved and then leaving it up to you without pressuring you as to how and when you want to handle those problems or even if you want him and/or his repair assistant to handle them at all.

One thing that I find to be particularly impressive is the fact that Hector does not have a fancy, souped up car repair shop. His purpose for being there is clearly to serve those of us who entrust him with our vehicles and he matter-of-factly maintains that trust for a lifetime!

Hector is clearly NOT there to enrich himself on our ignorance or to impress people with a beautiful building and then fill our heads with lies about our vehicle repair needs - but rather to provide a much needed service to people searching for someone with integrity to assure that their vehicle needs are handled appropriately!

God bless you and your assistant(s) Hector! Thank you so much for all that you do to assure that this community is well served!

My granddaughter's 2007 Sonata needed upper control arms and strut mounts replaced and alignment reset. Hector quoted an excellent price; the work was done in a timely manner; the final price was exactly as quoted. I received quality work and highly recommend San Tan Automotive to others.

I was looking for a repair on my a b s light on a 2003 tahoe, evryone around the area wanted 2500.00 (the a b s module was around 1900.00 plus tax from the dealer) I called san tan without any expectations, I didnt have 2500.00 and they said they could help me , they sent the module to the east coast and got it repaired for around 250.00 dollars, I had to leave the car there for a week, but I only paid about 395.00 for a total repair. I was grateful that customer service still exist, they research and look for my interest while they got my business for life. THANKS SAN TAN AUTOMOTIVE. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. PERIOD!

Hi! I just cant believe this person who call himself a customer is complaining about what we did, first of all. he asked us to replace the ovigen sensors, but he said he didnt have any money, so he would bring his own parts, we didnt diagnose the problem, he had someone else to diagnose the problem,...

I will send you another e mail showing what we would charge if we were allowed to install these parts, and chasrge for diagnosis and labor, we usually  make money on parts , we mark up our parts  betwen 40 and 50 % we normally dont do any work  when the customer wants to bring the parts, we made an exception,  and this is what we got. also [redacted] is lying, he called one time and ask me for a refund, I told him no because we didnt provide the part, and we didnt diagnose the vehicle. only one time. this is the kind of parasites in thsi society that would take anything for free from anybody. and is becasue people like this that we dont help the people that may  really need help by making exceptions and let them bring their own parts.

Hi, originally  we replaced a transmission, dec 18th.  the vehicle has been parked for months. we went to the customer house and jump start the car to save her money on towing, wich she didnt mention and obviously she didnt appreciate. after we replaced the transmission the check engine...

light was on , she came back and dec 21st. she had a power steering leak, she tought it was a transmission leak, after we explainde that it easnt the transmission and actually show her under the car, she agree on us having the power steering repair , we stated that invoice that she had codes p0302 and p0304 she said she wasnt going to fix it then because she had relatives coming. we clean the injectors because she didnt have money and told her we were trying to short cut the problem, it may or may not work. the next day she cameback with the check engine light on and she says the car was missing, that time she had different codes p0171 and p0174.  we spend countless hours tryng to determine the problem, wich was intermitent. the next day we told her she needed 2 oxigen sensor s and she told me to installed them, we did install the oxigen sensors and  she was getting ready to leave, I ask her to pay me for my parts, just my parts, no labor, and she said she didnt have any money, I told her I needed to get paid in order to release her car. she offer to give me a check and I didnt trust her at that time. and when she tried to get in the car I didnt give her the keys, her daughters and relatives were threating me over the phone and even the operator from 911 told me to leave until the deputies arrive, when the deputies came  she was cursing and her daughters were very defiant.they left and came back and paid. I have to bring to your attention that this lady take her cars to autozone and autozone is misleading people that diagnosis is reading codes. it takes knowledge and time and testing equipment to diagnose a vehicle properly. at this point we dont know if the van really has the same codes or has any codes and the check engine light on at all. Also the charges for those repairs were 193.97 257.00 and 198.13 how is it posible that this customer wants 1100.00 back? and what about hte power steering leak? that doesnt turn the check engine light on, and that leak was repaired. and what about my 2 oxigen sensors?
