I am an owner of several rental properties and have had many experiences with many businesses that provide the exact same services as San Tan Comfort Systems. However, there is only one service provider for all my needs from here on out! Let me tell you why. San Tan Comfort Systems has always been very quick to respond and flexible to provide service calls for me personally and my tenants. Everyone I have communicated with has been very professional and most importantly has shown great integrity and honesty, which is hard to find in this business. I have had them do everything for me from installing a brand new unit to routine maintenance and service calls on malfunctioning units and their prices are very reasonable and fair. They won't charge you any bogus fees or replace anything that doesn't need replacing. They are happy to show you and explain to you what they are doing and are transparent in how they do business. I can't recommend them highly enough.

During August 27 to August 29th when the temperatures were over 110 degrees. San Tan Comfort helped us resolve a problem with our air conditioner under warranty with the manufacturers and its provider. They gave us an honest opinion and ensured that we had A/C as soon as possible. This company is directed by and honest person with an extraordinary knowledge and expertise in his field of business. I recommend this company for its trustworthiness and quality of service.

This AC Company is amazing! The owner/technician, [redacted], is equally amazing! I have lived in the Phoenix area's East Valley for almost 20 years, and have dealt with my share of AC Companies. San Tan Comfort Systems is the ONLY AC Company I will ever recommend! This company saved my family so much money & did superior quality work. For the first time since I've lived here, I am beyond happy with the AC service I received. [redacted] installed a new, high efficiency AC unit for us (he also serviced one of our other 3 AC units on a separate occasion, with great results). At the time he installed our new AC unit, he also re-did our home's duct work (which the builder's original AC vendor had installed in a significantly incompetent manner), and also installed other much needed updates/fixes for our entire AC system....always discussing the benefits of his recommendations before doing anything. This is the best our home has ever felt....our AC never worked so well until [redacted] "worked his magic" on it....our house feels wonderful now...sooo much better!!! [redacted]'s pricing is great & his work is true perfection! He will take the proper amount of time to do the work a customer needs....he's a perfectionist....he also will only do work that will benefit a customer....he won't try to upsell a customer or push anything on a customer that they don't need....he only recommends what is needed & will truly benefit the customer. And his response time to an issue is very quick....quickest I've ever dealt with. I have never done a Revdex.com review until meeting [redacted] & using his company, San Tan Comfort Systems....I want as many people as possible to know that [redacted] & San Tan Comfort Systems are wonderful, honest, ethical, highly skilled/knowledgeable, caring, have excellent pricing that is very reasonable & fair, and have a "perfectionist" attitude and work ethic. [redacted] & San Tan Comfort Systems are the absolute best!!! I have recommended this company to family, close friends, neighbors, & work colleagues, several of which have also utilized [redacted]'s company, and have been very pleased with the service & pricing....like me. He's friendly, trustworthy,efficient, and not interested in sucking every dime out of his customers.We have had numerous problems with our air conditioners...until [redacted] arrived at our door.Other companies had tried to fix the problems,but never did.

San Tan's service and workmanship was really extraordinary. I couldn't be happier. I've dealt with a lot of AC service companies in the past and nobody compares to the personalized service I received from San Tan Comfort Systems. Always just felt like I was a number. They made adjustments to my AC systems and fixed problems I was having that other companies said they couldn't help with (or wanted to help). San Tan went the extra mile when everyone else I talked with didn't want to deal because they were unique issues that took more time and ingenuity. Because they were so helpful, I had them put in a new system in a second house I own, and I couldn't be happier. The price was by far the best that I shopped around, they did quick work and was a pleasure to deal with. I could not recommend a business more.

San Tan Comfort Systems (STCS) the absolute best. I have had years of experience with several air conditioning companies in the valley. Most were fair to satisfactory. They would come out twice a year and service the units nothing more. It was my good fortune to start using STCS at the end of 2011. I was rewarded with intelligent, honest and complete details of what was happening with my air conditioning/heating. Explanations were always precise with options whenever possible. STCS often would recommend services always having “the big picture” in mind on how to make my system more efficient and less costly. If there is one attribute I can stress the most besides the best prices I have ever seen is the total honesty of this company. This sets them apart from every other similar company out there. You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend them.
