I received numerous letters from San Tan Management Group LLC since stating I have a past due balanceThis issue has been going on for over a year The first time I received any communication regarding a pass due amount was June of stating I owed $The letter was sent to the wrong addressThe letter state I had a pass due amount but it did not provide details of what month/year the pass due amount was forI reached out to them and I offered bank statements from all the withdrawals Mutual of Omaha Bank has takenAfter a few follow up emails I received a response from Ken G [redacted] stating the following “It appears there was a balance owed back from that appeared on your account for some reason We reviewed your account in detail and see that it was an error on the system We have corrected that error and removed all late fees changed As of today, your account shows a zero balance” On April 23, I received a second pass due amount letter stating I had an

The How company San Tan Management Group Keeps miss applying my payments and they claim I owe them 114$ for payment of 99$ plus 15$ late feeI only started paying them July 1st because I had a credit om my HOA acct from buying a new home and the builder paying my HOAI have been trying to get someone to call me to discuss the matter for months now.since November of all they do is occasionally email me and they do not look for my missing paymentthey never answer any calls ever, even though I call during business hours and leave multiple voice mailsI have proof of all the emails I have sent them all well with proof of all my payment I made to them from my credit union bill pay and they have all clearedThis is very frustrating because the HOA for my community has changed as of Jan 1st and I want my account with them to close with zero balance owing as it should beBecause I made all my payments to themThis has happened multiple time before like twice where

I called the new HOA today 1-23-17 Aam llc and I asked them did u receive my January PMT due January 1st and they said we did receive a payment in January for you but we applied it to the december payment because you had not paid your December 2016 payment yet so please update my payment records with the new HOA that my account got transfered to. Since you said my account was up to date as of 12-31-16. And my acct number was 45 for lot #  45 I never used the wrong account number and the bill pay checks always had my name and full address and where made payable to Villages at Westridge park c/o San tan management  December PMT attached
