I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I contacted Ryobi and they indicated my serial number had never been submitted for repair San Tan Rentals had my paint sprayer for months and had indicated they were waiting for parts and repairing the entire time Their service was anything but acceptable They lack the knowledge to repair the paint sprayer so in the end they simply pushed the blame to Ryobi If Ryobi denied the claim then how come I took it to another Ryobi repair center and they fixed it and had it back to me in a week? Sam Tan Rentals not only lacks the knowledge to repair these machines they also lack the integrity to live up to that fact

This is a response to complaint ID [redacted]. Once again, Ryobi Power Tools denied his claim due to lack of maintenance. Just like EVERY warranty policy in the world, there are certain guide lines you must follow in order to not void your warranty. Unfortunately Mr. [redacted] did not follow his guide line set by Ryobi and in turn void his warranty. We are not Ryobi Power Tools. We do warranty work for Ryobi Power Tools, but I can not stress this enough, WE ARE NOT RYOBI POWER TOOLS.
Mr. [redacted] claims to have taken his paint sprayer to a different service center and had his tool repaired. I find that hard to believe due to the fact we are the only Authorized Service Center in the valley. The only other warranty center was [redacted], but they have not worked on warranty items since the beginning of2013.

SEVERAL TIMES AND EXPLAINED THIS TO HIM. HIS WARRANTY
WAS VOIDED DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE. THE CUSTOMER DID NOT CLEAN HIS TOOL PROPERLY AND EVENTUALLY CLOGGED
THE PUMP AND BLEEDER INTERNALY WITH DRIED PAINT. THAT IS NOT COVERD UNDER RYOBI POWER TOOLS' WARRANTY. IF
THE CUSTOMER HAS ANY ISSUES HE NEEDS

I contacted Ryobi and they indicated my serial number had never been submitted for repair.  San Tan Rentals had my paint sprayer for 3 months and had indicated they were waiting for parts and repairing the entire time.  Their service was anything but acceptable.   They lack the knowledge to repair the paint sprayer so in the end they simply pushed the blame to Ryobi.  If Ryobi denied the claim then how come I took it to another Ryobi repair center and they fixed it and had it back to me in a week?  Sam Tan Rentals not only lacks the knowledge to repair these machines they also lack the integrity to live up to that fact.
