From the first knock on the door from Grant until now, we have had the most wonderful experience with San Tan Water Solutions. Grant was the perfect representative. Not once did we feel pushed into purchasing the system - we were impressed by Grant's knowledge, enthusiasm, and belief in his product. Any questions we have had have been answered personally and the customer care is second to none.

San Tan Water Solutions installed their water softener and reverse osmosis unit over a year ago and we have been so impressed with their customer service. They are eager and happy to help in any way have been since day one. Highly recommended!

It's been a really long time since a person and a company has impressed me this much with the sales and service experience that I got from San Tan Water Solutions. Upon moving into our new spec home in the Gilbert/Chandler area, Grant from San Tan Water Solutions, knocked on our door. Grant was one of the most genuine people I've ever met, he was not pushy or condescending. We were interested in hearing what he had to say about water softeners, reverse osmosis and whole house water filtration systems, and he fully understood that we were literally just moving in, and he was patient with us in rescheduling at a time that worked best for us. When he came back he was a wealth of knowledge about water quality, etc., he even brought his little mini-science lab with him showing us what he was talking about with water samples and our own specific water quality. What was best about Grant is that he did not get frustrated with all of my stupid questions, coming from a woman who knows nothing about these things. He put it all in layman's terms. He worked with us on the things that mattered most to us with the kind of system we needed and wanted. He also took into account our budgetary concerns, as moving into a new house has so many other costs. After two visits to our house, and after he had answered soooooo many questions we had, we decided that going with their system that is estimated to be a 20+ year solution, rather than us installing a [redacted] or a [redacted]'s water softener that, due to the water quality out here would have needed replacing four or five times in 20 years, we went with San Tan Water Solutions. As a consumer, no matter what you pay, you want to feel like you got a good deal, and they really made us feel that way - very confident about the decision we made. They were able to have their plumber install it very soon after we made our decision to go with them, and he too, was really nice. Both of these gentlemen gave me their personal cell phone numbers to call them in case I ever needed anything (especially since my husband travels a lot). I HIGHLY recommend these guys, it is worth the slightly higher amount of money you will pay over and above those systems you can buy from the big-box hardware stores. The best part is the water quality that we have in our home now to drink, wash dishes with, shower, and cook with. Our ice cubes don't have that cloudiness to them anymore, they're totally clear!

My husband and I have been in Arizona for about 1.5 years; we relocated to AZ from MAINE as my husband got a great job opportunity. We purchased our first home in December 2015 and the water is AZ is gross!!! We knew that one of our first purchases would have to be a water system.
