San Tierra Apartments

I moved in under the impression the unit would be clean and safe for living. The apartment was dirty upon move in. The carpet has been cleaned 3 times and is still stained. The floor is unleveled and squeaks throughout the unit. They charge $25 for valet trash that wasn't even being serviced regularly. I also had to request new electrical outlets in the kitchen due to them having the wrong ones installed that were not safe in the event of water splashing or a surge of electricity. The response to the multiple issues I have had is not one of concern but rather annoyance. I have contacted [redacted] as well to no avail. This is by far the worst experience and costly since I have moved to AZ. Stay away!
