this client is dealing with our Mexican distributor not with us

Good afternoon Ms***, This company paid and purchased from our distributer in Mexico, which we already told then to resolve itSana -Int, Inc does not have a purchase order nor a payment form this company Thank you [redacted]

This company did pay and was invoiced by our Mexican representative so we are not responsible for this claimBut I went ahead and called our Mexican representative and they say they did ship the material out an will provide me with a tracking number I will get you that tracking and send it to you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I only received of the items I purchasedSince the day I received the single item I have emailed [redacted] everyday requesting an update on the status of the additional items owed to me, which to this day I have not received On 8/8/I sent an email requesting a refund of my money to which [redacted] replied on 8/9/requesting my Bank information so that the money would be refunded to me I immediately responded with my bank details and received a confirmation from [redacted] ***, via email, that she received my bank account information I sent Since that day I have attempted to inquire, via emails, to no avail the status of my refund.As of today, September 1, I have NOT RECEIVED the items purchased or a refund of my money Nor have I received a response to my emails where I inquire about the money owed to me.I have attached a copy of the email communications between me and SANA Corp Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I only received 1 of the 5 items I purchased. Since the day I received the single item I have emailed [redacted] everyday requesting an update on the status of the additional 4 items owed to me, which to this day I have not received.  On 8/8/16 I sent an email requesting a refund of my money to which [redacted] replied on 8/9/2016 requesting my Bank information so that the money would be refunded to me.  I immediately responded with my bank details and received a confirmation from [redacted], via email, that she received my bank account information I sent.  Since that day I have attempted to inquire, via emails, to no avail the status of my refund.As of today, September 1, 2016 I have NOT RECEIVED the items purchased or a refund of my money.  Nor have I received a response to my emails where I inquire about the money owed to me.I have attached a copy of the email communications between me and SANA Corp.
