Review: Sananda Shop has taken my money but has not delivered the products ordered and will not return any calls or emails. I order the product on March 31st.Desired Settlement: To be able to refund my money ($86.45) or delivery desired product. Also, due to the frequency of reports of the same issue possibly having the government launch an investigation into this company.

Review: I ordered and was charged for an item on 1/4/14. Called and sent email to seller regarding non delivery of product on 2/2/24 with no response from seller. I opened a dispute on Paypal and received message from seller that the product was back ordered. On 2/14/14 recieved message that my order was being shipped via 2 day priority mail. As of 2/23/14 I haven't received my order. The USPS is still waiting for the package from the seller. The order is still in pre shipping status.Desired Settlement: I want full a refund credited back to my bank card.

Review: I ordered a pendant from the Sananda Shop on December 12, 2013. The next day I received an email stating that the company confirmed my order was received, and that an additional email would be sent to me when the order was shipped. The order # is [redacted]. Subsequently, on December 13, 2013 my Visa credit card was charged $65.65. To date, I have not received and email that my order shipped. I have called the company repeatedly to inquire about my order with no response. I have used their website message section to inquire about the order with no response as well. At this point, I want my credit card credited back the $65.65 and I do not want anything else to do with this company. This was a Christmas gift, so you can imagine how I feel not being able to give the gift to someone special.Desired Settlement: I want my visa card credited back the full amount of $65.65. I do not want any product from this company.

Review: I ordered a pedant on February 21, 2014 and I have not received it. I have written several emails to the company and left voicemails as well with no response at all.Desired Settlement: I want the pendant I ordered or a refund paid in full. Also, I have read numerous complaints about this company. I would like to see them shut down if they are practicing unfair and deceptive business practices.

Review: I placed two orders with Sananda Shop online in September. In each case when the shipment finally arrived many weeks later, there were items missing.

I contacted them both via their internet website e-mail address, as well as by phone and did not receive any responses to my requests for update. It is now mid-November and they are still not replying to my messages. Their customer service is horrible and while they have had my money since September, they have made no effort to keep me updated on where the remaining items are.Desired Settlement: I would like the orders cancelled and the money refunded to my credit card.

Review: Ordered items from this company online/internet on 4/25/2014 and have not received product. Made several phone calls and left several messages with no response.
