Jerrod M was very personable when he came for my heating bi-annual check-up. He did his job quietly & efficiently. There was no mess on the floor when he was done, he wore shoe covers whenever he was in the house and was very good at keeping the door closed (I have a cat). He was very friendly and we had a nice chat when he was writing up my statement. Both he & Chris(who came for the air-conditioning check-up) were top-notch, did their jobs well and were sensitive to the needs of others in my home (sleeping son, cat). Thank you Sanborn's for hiring good men to work for you!

We have a vintage 1926 home with a huge old heating and AC unit which was installed circa the 1950's by Sanborn's Heating and Air. We kept hearing crashing noises in the basement and discovered that the main furnace door kept falling off. We decided it was time to call Sanborn's to take a look at the unit.
We were impressed with Pete who is experienced in working with the older systems. He patiently explained how the unit was set up and how it works. He secured the door and explained issues involved with these older units. He came up with a plan to keep the system running smoothly for the present. We were impressed with his knowledge and friendly demeanor.

Sanborn's A/C & Heating is great company and I'm a very satisfied customer. From the day of installation and the years that follow, they have been such a good company and I'm so glad that I chose them and their continued service over the years is hard to beat!!!!

I recently scheduled a routine maintenance for my air conditioner. I had never had any trouble with my AC unit, but I just wanted to keep my system running smoothly. When the technician came out, he stated that my AC unit was needing $1700 in repairs. None of which included the coolant, which was measured at the expected level. The technician warned us that our AC unit could stop any day due to a laundry list of prescribed issues. My husband and I were not in a place financially to afford these repairs. Within a week, my ac unit stopped working. It would turn on but no cold air came out. I called another company out to get a second opinion. When the technician looked at the unit, I was informed that the coolant cap was loose and the coolant level was nearly empty. The technician ended up charging us $800 to replace the coolant. He checked the entire system and put dye in the coolant to see if there was leak. A month later he returned and found no leak in the system. My AC unit is still running perfectly! The only person who had opened up the AC unit prior to this "leak" was Sanborn. I can only surmise that when the Sanborn technician was checking my AC unit, that he forgot or neglected to put the cap back on the coolant, which lead to the leak. Ultimately, this lead to an unnecessary expense not to mention the ridiculous repair quote that Sanborn was asking.

We have been enjoying the services of Sanborn Air Conditioning & Heating for many years...maintenance and installation of new air conditioning and heating system. Their experienced technicians have always serviced efficiently and helped us with our questions. (This year we have enjoyed the service of Pete and Jerrod.)
We highly recommend Sanborn's.

Sanborn's Air Conditioning & Heating...
Nate G was my HVAC estimator. Nate is one very knowledge*** individual. He explained every detail of the system I was to get installed and answered every question
I had, some of which were very technical. I had several other estimates from other companies but Sanborn's was far better than the others for unit models and price for a complete replacement of my old HVAC system. Kudos to Sanborn's !!!

Here’s the rest of the story. This was a 2 day event. First of all, Pete came a day earlier. Pete was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with a customer who may need to change out their 31 year old A/C. That can be a lot of money. Pete found the problem. It was a bad condenser motor. I want to thank the staff at his office for finding a replacement on short notice. Pete came today and in an hour had it replaced and cool air runnin’. With my wife’s mother living with us and having experienced a stroke, we needed it to work yesterday. Pete was nice enough to bypass and start the compressor so it would work but, you couldn’t turn it off as it wouldn’t start again. So we’ll have one helluva electrical bill, as we let it run for 24 straight to keep my loved ones comfortable. As far as today, Pete could’ve padded the bill by telling me I needed the old, expensive R-22 Freon, as I haven’t checked it in years, making extra bucks for the office. Pete didn’t cheat me. Pete was honest to say I was within limits for the Freon. So my wife and I have decided in the fall, when it’s cooler to change out our 31 year old A/C for a more energy efficient unit. I know, I’ll get a fair price as Pete never tried to add extras to make more money. Pete never took advantage of the situation. So PLEASE consider Sanborn’s for you HVAC needs.

Sanborn's is always right on time whenever we have any issues that need immediate attention. Nikki is always available to help and schedule a tech to come out as soon as possible. She is very responsive and always has a pleasant attitude. The techs that come out are extremely knowledgeable. They work quick to fix any issues that we may have and are very efficient. The Sanborn's team is a pleasure to work with!

This was my first time using Sanborn's and the service that I got from them was outstanding from their response time to keeping me updated on when they would be at my home to showing well before they said plus diagnosing the problem to fixing it in amazing time. The service technician who helped me and my family was Rick.

First time using Sanborns. Great experience. Kyle was very knowledgeable and thorough. He knows how to use his equipment and shared and showed the results. Quality company - I'll use them again.

This is my first service with Sanborn's, my question to myself is why didn't I chance to Sanborn's before ? Couldn't have been more satisfied with Kyle N. Everything was
topnotch, He also found something that should have been fixed by the former service
company. Now it is repaired as it should have been. Before signing up with Sanborn's
I asked several people who they had doing their AC/Htg service and the answers were
all GOOD about Sanborn's.

Pete M. was very professional and thorough. He inspected & serviced our heating unit. He also gave us information we requested on possibly replacing our HVAC system with a newer more energy efficient system. We were pleased with his service.

This is my first time using Sanborn's Air Conditioning & Heating. From the start, I was treated as though my service request was important. I like how their office called me to confirm the appointment the day prior. And I was called to let me know my technician was 'on his way'. Kyle took the time to listen to my concerns. He went right to work and checked out everything I requested. All along, he explained what he was seeing. Kyle was polite and knowledgeable. He gave me options for dealing with my repair. I will definitely recommend Sanborn's to family and friends.

They did professional work. Willing to explain and kept me updated thru out the job on what was being done. I would refer Sanborn to my friends.

I used Sanborn on the recommendation of family members and was not disappointed. My technician was very professional and explained everything clearly and provided options. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have had always a good experience wih this company. Very reliable. The technitians are knowledgeable taking there time to explain any questions you may have.
